Our Constitution

The group shall be known as Mudasia Welfare Group.

Motto: 'Unity, Support and Progress'.

Objectives as listed in the objectives section of this website.

Membership open to all who subscribe to the group's values. Registration fee is KES 100, monthly contribution KES 200.

Each member shall contribute KES 200 monthly as determined by the committee.

Leadership comprises Chairperson, Vice, Secretary, Treasurer, and Welfare Coordinator.

Officials perform duties as defined in the group by-laws.

Meetings held monthly and annually as scheduled.

Benefits include emergency aid, funeral support, and interest-free loans.

All funds managed transparently with audits.

Disciplinary action for violation of rules.

Amendments require two-thirds majority.

Dissolution requires 75% members' consent and assets go to charity.
